More economical spinning system than ring spinning & high production.
To produce yarn that are same as ring spinning yarn quality.
Winding & twisting functions are seperate and building a large package.
Speed frame roving not required to spun the rotor yarn it directly spun from drawn sliver.
Bigger sliver cans are feed to the rotor machine.
Winding machine not required for this system bigger package produce.
Bigger package to warping.
High productivity, specially for counts higher than 10s Ne.
Some processes are eliminated (Speed Frame & Winding).
Less Space & Labour required than ring spinning.
Electricity consumption is less than ring spinning system.
The yarns are more balanced no snarling tendency & yarn breaks are less.
